1.)Basic Shipping and Ordering Info
Payment: Payment is made securely through Paypal. We also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, and in person only, Cash. You must conact us if you are not paying through paypal. We do not ship until payment clears. It's not that we don't trust you... But we won't risk it... Not even for our own mothers. Especially not them.
If you are sending a Money Order or Check please contact us promptly.
All Payments must be received within 2 weeks of order. Your order will not be processed until payment is received. You will be notified when payment is received
Processing: Processing begins on the first buisness day after the payment is recieved. Falls and Extensions can take between 2-4 weeks. Tutus can take 1-2 weeks depending on orders and bows between 1-2 weeks. After payment is received we can give you a detailed estimate of the time it may take. For in-stock orders they are shipped as soon as payment is recieved. Back Orders are shipped out when they are recieved. You will be notified if an item is discontinued and recieve a refund.
Processing Notices on your order status are emailed to the address you provide.
Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer standard and priority. Depending on the nature of some of our products some items may ship seperatly for no additional charge due to different processing times. This mainly pertains to custom items or special order items.
Returns: There are NO returns accepted due to the nature of most of our products unless obvious default. IN cases of default good you will receive store credit. Carefully read all descriptions and buy responsibly. No one will want to buy your used underwear!

SHIPPING COSTS, DISCOUNTS, AND TERM AGREEMENT:Shipping costs and payment options are explained on the Payment and Shipping page. Discounts, Shipping Costs, Insurance Rates, and Sales Tax will be automatically calculated for you in the secure shopping cart. If I notice that the shopping cart has miscalculated a total, I do hold the right to request or refund a miscalculated amount.
By accepting to terms during checkout means that you have read, and understand all options available to you that are explained on this page and the Payment and Shipping page. By agreeing to the terms you accept all policies explained here.
There are no returns under any circumstances, so please order carefully. If you want to exchange an item, you are liable for all shipping costs involved with your exchange including returns. Please email me if you want to exchange an item. Not all items may be exchanged and Items must still have all tags and be in original packaging if they are elgible for exchange. All exchanges must be within 3 buisness days of recieving item. After that no exchanges are allowed.

Buyer is responsible for reading all policies and provided information before buying. Any purchase is a contract saying that you agree to everything in this notification. We do not work on Weekends or any holidays.
Buisness Days are Monday-Friday only, 10:00 am- 5:00pm.
If payment is not received within 2 weeks we have a right to cancel your order.
We have the right to cancel orders at anytime we seem fit and issue a refund if payment was received depending on the situation
If the buisness closes we have the right to timely issue refunds or products or both to all customers in the manner we choose.
If you need a rush order there is an additional processing fee. Contact us for details. Processing times are not guaranteed as times can change without notification due to unforseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for lost payment. You have the right to send your payments securely through paypal or use some postal carrier provided service to guarentee delivery.
Handling: All package handling is included in shipment pricing. Packaging and pricing range depending on products.
Insurance is included in the price of shipping.
Privacy: All information that is shared with Livid Expression is held under the strictest confidence. We do not share your information with any outside parties. This includes all personal and payment information.
